New GLOBALG.A.P. IFA Version 5.4-1 for Fruit and Vegetables

GLOBALG.A.P. is a private sector body that sets voluntary standards (based on Good Agricultural Practices) for certifying agricultural products around the globe.

The GLOBALG.A.P. Food Safety Standard encompasses all process activities on the farm and is a business-to-business certification.

The new IFA version 5.4-1-GFS for Fruit and Vegetables is mandatory for all audits that take place after January 22, 2022, for companies currently certified against IFA v5.3-GFS and still requiring GFSI recognition. GLOBALG.A.P. IFA v5.3-GFS audits will no longer be available from that date onward.
