Foreign material hazards continue to find their way into the products we consume and remain one of the top reasons for product recalls. Prevention of hazards that lead to recalls is a top priority in most food safety programs for both regulatory and direct customer programs. Regulators may be less prescriptive in their requirements but we often see specific requirements built into retailer or direct customer standards. Many of those specific requirements are focused on X-Ray inspection as part of the manufacturing process to protect against foreign material. In this session, we will look at X-Ray inspection to gain a better understanding of the technology including safety advancements and capabilities beyond contamination detection.
Is your organization facing changes in regulatory or retailer requirements? Are you concerned about how these changes will impact your upcoming audits?
This session is the perfect resource for you. During this webinar, you'll discover how to assess your organization's current audit readiness and identify areas for improvement. NSF’s expert speaker will examine the specific requirements, exemptions and review key nonconformances that arise most often during a food safety and supplier audit.
Join us to learn how to stay ahead of changing audit requirements and ensure your organization is audit-ready at all times.
